The D.R.I.V.E. course has been designed to help professional drivers enhance their skills through the identification of the most hazardous indicator of risk as they scan a driving scene.

About The Course

This course consists of monthly video lessons depicting real life driving situations where you will be asked to identify Driving Risk Indicators of a potential Vehicle Event (D.R.I.V.E.) and learn ways to respond safely – improving road safety for yourself and other road users. This interactive training is like a “driving exercise for the brain” each month to enable professional drivers to decrease the risk of being in a collision through the ability to quickly identify and take action on risk indicators in everyday driving.

Engaging, Interactive Training

Each month you will be given access to an engaging training session that will consist of five driving scenes for you to identify the most important Driving Risk Indicator (DRI). These indicators should solicit a defensive reaction in your driving behavior. You will then be given instant feedback with proven strategies for you to use on the road every day. There are hundreds of DRI’s that a driver will encounter on a weekly basis; here are a few important types that you will be identifying in this course.

Each year you will get your D.R.I.V.E. training certificate to show you completed the sessions for 12 consecutive months.
